Variables
Wrentit
Occurred the most disproportionately in the most westerly hexagons
with flat topography (i.e., the Coast), and also in those in western
Oregon with July precipitation (hex. min.) of 4-8 mm, or with more
than 44% Douglas-fir - w. hemlock - red cedar forest. Least probable
in northeastern Oregon hexagons. The logistic regression analysis
showed positive or negative association with mixed deciduous forest
(Siskiyou Mtns.), elevation (hex. avg.), and the extent of public land.
